Jennifer Leigh West
Jennifer is a fifth-generation Appalachian who lives with her children in the hills of East Tennessee, where spring means the call of cicadas through the trees and summer nights mean catching fireflies with her babies. She is rooted - in her land, in her people, and in the belief that the right tool, built right, changes everything.
She came to technology the way most good builders do: through necessity, curiosity, and a refusal to accept that something could not be done. With 144 college credits spanning anthropology, sociology, women's studies, and early childhood education, Jennifer has spent her life studying how people think, how systems fail them, and how communities hold themselves together.
The Builder Behind the System
Jennifer ran successful private daycares, built and maintained professional networks serving lawyers and judges, and helped navigate real estate transactions and owner-financing deals that most people would not know where to start.
Then she turned that same problem-solving instinct toward technology and built an AI systems portfolio that rivals enterprise labs. Every system she ships is designed with neurodivergent minds at the center: dyslexia-friendly, ADHD-friendly, and built for the way real people actually think.
She is the founder of WRENTECH and the sole architect of the West Method.
